My name is Samantha and I'm really excited to be starting Flour is in the Air! I've been baking for as long as I can remember, though as a teen that's not saying much. =) Baking for me really only transitioned from a hobby to a passion and career choice a few years ago and has since resulted in some…interesting…creations. My sister won’t even touch my desserts if I’ve experimented and changed the recipe in the slightest. <rolls eyes> I will be posting all of these, whether fail or success. Don’t worry, I’ll stick to the recipes most of the time. ;)
